I’m Robert Hovenkamp and I am running for the Grand Rapids Public Schools Board of Education. As a current education data analyst and former state budget analyst—and the spouse of a special education teacher—I understand both the data behind education policy and the day-to-day realities in the classroom. I believe our educators deserve strong support so every student can experience meaningful growth to be the best version of themselves.
